Your jewellery is precious and should be looked after with care.
Please avoid all contact with aerosols, perfume and lotions. Bleach, chemicals and water can accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided to ensure the longevity of your jewellery. Due to the porous nature of certain stones, colour variations will occur over time. Jewellery with gemstones and pearls can be cleaned with a non-abrasive jewellery cleaner. No responsibility will be taken for jewellery where pieces have been damaged through neglectful actions caused by the wearer.
Store jewellery in the packaging received with your purchase to ensure minimal oxidisation. Silver, gold and stones can become scratched when coming into contact with one another; we recommend that you store each piece of jewellery separately. Chains should be stored closed and laid flat to avoid the formation of knots.
Repairs may incur a service fee and will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact online sales at email@example.com or 03 9509 2977 prior to sending returns with an order number. The customer is responsible for shipping; please include a self-addressed platinum express post package when sending your repair.
