Shipping Information

Within Australia

All items shipped within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express or DHL Express and will require signing upon receipt. We currently offer a flat rate of $18 for shipping in Australia. Please allow 1-4 business days from shipping date for delivery.

Shipment tracking information will be provided to you by email once the order has been completed and is ready to ship.

All items are shipped subject to availability.

Overseas / INTERNATIONAL  

For shipping overseas, we offer a flat rate of AUD$65 for delivery with DHL Express or Australia Post Express Courier. Please allow 3-7 business days from shipping date for delivery, based on the location.

Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.  As the buyer you are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred.  Fiorina Jewellery has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For further information please contact your local customs authority. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays exceeding our original shipping time estimate.
