JEWELLERY PRODUCTION & ASSEMBLY ASSISTANT

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jewellery Production & Assembly Assistant to join our in-house team on a permanent part time basis. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with jewellery-making experience who is reliable, eager to learn, and passionate about fine craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Jewellery assembly and production work.
  • Wire work using jewellery pliers and specialised tools.
  • Assisting with the manufacture and finishing of handcrafted jewellery, ensuring all products meet Fiorina Jewellery standards.
  • Follow specific brand guidelines, maintaining quality control and attention to detail throughout production.
  • Meticulously carry out jewellery repairs when required
  • Assist with stock handling, sorting, and workshop organisation.
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day production tasks.

Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous jewellery-making experience, particularly wire work using pliers and hand tools.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new jewellery production techniques and skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
  • The ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively within a small team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

You are self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail, a patient and methodical approach, and are looking to build your skills within an established and respected Australian jewellery brand.
